HPH32055R Nakajima B5N2 "Kate"
The Nakajima B5N2 Type 97 carrier-based attack bomber 'Kate' was clearly the most numerous Japanese torpedo bomber of World War II, and although it operated primarily from aircraft carriers, it also saw service from land bases.
This single-engine monoplane had only one rear-facing machine gun controlled by the radio operator as defensive armament. Due to its relatively low top speed, it was quite vulnerable.
Nevertheless, it fought with honor both in the attack on Pearl Harbor and later in the Battle of the Coral Sea and the Battle of Midway. In the period 1937-1943, 1149 aircraft were produced in 2 production variants.

- Etched parts on 2 sprues
- 2 camouflage variants
